Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Data Crumbs Procomes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your order and we will refund the payment in full.

Data Crumbs Pro is sold by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@praxisllc.example and we will process the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
